Salted Caramel
Macarons are gluten free biscuits invented by the French. They are made mainly from sugar, almond meal, and egg whites. The options for filling include ganache, buttercream and curd. Our favourites are salted caramel buttercream and chili choc fudge ganache (only if you dare!)

At the moment, our range of flavours are as follow:

- Pandan with coconut and white chocolate ganache
- Mocha with salted caramel
- Chocolate with salted caramel
- Chocolate with dark/milk/white chocolate ganache
- Chocolate with chili and dark chocolate ganache
- Lemon with lemon curd
- Strawberry with white chocolate ganache
